Join the Ames United Church of Christ for a free, three-part event from Saturday, April 23rd to Sunday, April 24th, 2022.
Saturday’s events begin at 9:30 AM on Zoom with a keynote address from Rev. Dr. Brooks Berndt, Minister of Environmental Justice for the United Church of Christ. Saturday afternoon’s lineup encourages participants to take action in their local communities by attending local climate events.
Sunday, April 24th will consist of an open Zoom session with Rev. Berndt: Examples of Congregations and Individuals in Addressing Climate Issues, followed by worship with Ames UCC church. Service will be available via Zoom or in person!
Iowa IPL is proud to be a supporting organization for this faithful climate action event. Registration and further information can be found on the Ames UCC webpage. Registration is required to attend events, but there is no charge for registration.
