As part of Dubuque Rendezvous—A Cooler World Gathering, join the Dubuque Interfaith Green Coalition for a four-part embodied, meditative, and ritual exploration of Earth’s 13.8-billion-year story of cosmic and biological evolution. This contemplative experience culminates in honoring the elements of Air, Water, Earth, and Fire, reflecting the theme days of the Rendezvous and the emergence of Earth’s Community of Life—including our own interconnected birth stories.

This ritual is adapted from the original creative work of Sr. Miriam MacGillis, OP, known as “The Cosmic Walk,” and will be presented by Patricia M. Bombard, BVM, and Mary Jo McDermott.

Across four sites in Dubuque, participants are invited into a sequential journey through story, movement, reflection, and ritual engagement with the natural world.
